The staff was really good and always greeted us. The room was decent sized and convenient, it included a safe, a mini bar, and central heating. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was fantastic.

The location turned out to be great and unbeatable, short walk to the main ski slopes of Val thorens, directly on the slopes and the many ski lifts. Plus it was 15 mins drive from Lac de Thorens.

Had perfect 6 nights here. The daily breakfast was large with replenished quickly, yummy FRENCH food plus freshly cooked eggs. Really enjoyed how the club queen room was arranged when we arrived. The location was exceptionally nice, only 5 minutes walk to Musaraigne Ski Lift.

If you want to eat nearby, try le chaudron magique, which is situated 500 m away. Decent place for a city trip in Val Thorens! Of course, we strongly recommend it to anyone. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose altapura;))
